Adam Nicolai

Adam was my partner and my son Lukeys father.

He was a great dad, he loved us all so much and loved to spend his time laughing and playing games and being silly with his family. His spirit will live on in the hearts of his children and the memories of his friends and family.

He loved fishing, and lived for the rush he got from it. He loved his drinking, shooting, boating friends and just having fun, usually all on the same night. We will always hold him deep in our hearts and remember him as a hero and a great friend who died in a desperate struggle and trying to save another dear friend of ours Justin Hellyer R.I.P I still can't imagine life without the both of you. I'll never forget you guys, and i think about you all the time, I miss my boys more than i say. I'm feelin so lost without ya babe, I hope you know you took a part of me with you and it will be yours forever.  

I hope you still have each other, we all miss you but i am glad that you will always have each other like you had always planned. I know the two of you are resting now in one of your favourite places in the world and will be there together forever and here for all of us when we need you.

Nickers you lived a life that many were envious of and i am happy i could come and share these crazy experiences with you, it's been alot of fun and I will love you forever and hold each of your memories close, I'm glad we had so many good times as thinking of you usually makes me smile or laugh.

You lived for and Died on the Sea as a hero and a great mate to all,may peace be with you both xx R.I.P I love you Adam, and always will. I will never forget the fun times we've had.

Adam had years of experience working on boats and loved his work. He died doing something he really loved, i know he wouldn't want to be anywhere else but here. Fishing was adam's passion and his work he was always with rod or a net in hand or reading anglers magazines. He will be truly missed amongst the fishing community and has worked all over Australia and abroad on pro fishing boats.
