I lost my only child, my son Chris on July 21st 2003. His story can be read on the MCLG website. I founded the My Child Loss Grief organization in 2006.

I find ways to express my grief through my art work, like the watercolor painting above (my banner), through writing, the occasional poem, and most of all sharing and supporting fellow bereaved parents through MCLG. Some of my art can be viewed on my blog.

This journey goes at two speeds; extremely and painfully slow, yet lightning fast at the same time.
