I was an introverted child up until my Junior year in highschool.  I have always enjoyed losing myself in a good book.  I like to travel, hike, camp, fish, and ride bikes with my family.  I lived in Mexico for a year when I was 13 years old.  I picked up a lot of the language, but currently do not speak that much of it.  From the age of 5 to 14 I danced classical ballet with the California Ballet company and the American Ballet company.  I also played classical flute from the 5th grade until the 10th.  In highschool I was an honor student and made Varsity Swim my freshman year.    As an adult, I attended the University for 2.5 years studying Business.  I also served my country in the United States Air Force as an aerospace ground equipment mechanic.  The military definitely wasn't my calling, but a means to finish school.  After leaving the military, I became pregnant with my one and only son, Jordan.  Children are a joy; definitely a lot of work.  I have a very happy family.  We are grateful to have each other.  My son will be attending school soon, allowing me to give myself more attention.  Once he is in Kindergarten, I will be changing career plans.  Something with plants.  I fell in love with my husband during military training.  He is still currently mechanic.  We currently just bought our first home.  A very exciting time in our lives.
